Build by Following the Market, Then Compound

Choose what to build by first looking at the market: see what people are already willing to pay for, then build toward it step by step. Keep your nose to the grindstone and focus on something where you can continuously add layers of progress over time.

The key is to minimize the loss of progress in development and building. Each stage should build on top of the previous one rather than forcing you to start over. The goal is to first catch up with the market and, eventually, go even further.

This creates a more linear, focused, and predictable journey where every step compounds on what came before.
